1. Professional Services & Scope
MAC provides tax consultancy, legal advisory, corporate compliance, and audit services based in Pakistan. While we strive to provide the most accurate, up-to-date, and highly optimized legal and tax strategies, our advice is based on the current statutes, circulars, and jurisprudence of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), SECP, and other governing bodies. Changes in law may affect the outcomes of our strategies.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the highest standard of representation and defense, clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information. MAC cannot be held liable for penalties, audits, or legal repercussions resulting from the concealment of facts, fraudulent documents, or delayed submission of records by the client.
3. Confidentiality and Attorney-Client Privilege
All communications, documents, and financial data shared with our firm are protected by strict professional confidentiality. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except where legally compelled by a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
4. Use of Digital Platforms & Portal
Our e-Library, Tax Calculators, and Client Encrypted Portal are provided to enhance your experience.
- Tax Calculators: Provided for estimation purposes only. Final tax liabilities are determined upon official assessment by our consultants.
- e-Library: Documents and publications are intellectual property. Unauthorized distribution, copying, or scraping of these materials is strictly prohibited. Right-click and screenshot protections are enforced for security.
- Client Portal: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your portal credentials. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MAC, its partners, advocates, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or reliance on any general information published in our insights or calculators. Official liability is only established through a signed engagement letter for specific services.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, Pakistan.
